This was my first experiment with a river through a flat landscape. I used bound vertical with both parameters the same to make a flat landscape, then used the sculpting tools to carve out a river. The water level was set at 10 below the camera position altitude.

The children and the house are isolated from photographs in the Serif 100,000 deluxe graphics pack, and the copyright remains with Serif.
