Set the fill colour to the colour you want your text to be, and the stroke colour to null.
Select the text tool (same in both versions).
Put your cursor at the top of your circle, as close as you can get it to the square at the top middle, with your cursor staying as the path text cursor. If it changes to a different cursor, you are not on the circle path, or you have moved onto the 'handle' square. When you have the text path cursor right beside the square, left click.
Set the text parameters as shown here and enter the text you want to rotate, PSP7 above and PSP8 below.
Hit OK (PSP7) Apply (PSP8). When you return to your image the text will be at the top of the circle, surrounded by a vector box.
Now move on to page 3, to make this text rotate around the circle.
